ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key relationships:
with team leaders, physical therapists, and physiotherapy assistants
General objective of the position:
The physiotherapist evaluates the patients attending the physical therapy center, establishes the appropriate physical therapy, supervises the development of the treatment plan (in coordination with the team leaders), provides the necessary specialized consultations, and supervises all the services provided at the center
Main tasks and responsibilities:
· Supervising the implementation of all services provided in the physical therapy center.
· Evaluation of patients attending the center.
· Developing appropriate physical therapy treatment for patients and the necessary plan to in coordination with team leaders.
· Follow-up the patients and the development of their condition.
· Supervising the work of the staff in the center and directing them to the best ways to care for patients.
· Providing the necessary specialized consultations for patients.
· Supervising the development of special instructions for patients’ families to take care of the patient at home.
· Documentation of the required medical information and procedures performed.
· Participate in assessing the need for equipment and consumables necessary for work.
· Participate in assessing the training needs for the staff.
· Writing medical reports for patients with physical therapy.
· Attending the Physical Therapy Center meetings and activities.
· Preparing scientific reports for the center in the field of physical therapy.
· He chairs the scientific sessions that take place at the center to discuss the special cases of patients.
· Implement infection control procedures and wear personal protective equipment while at work.
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications required:
· Bachelor degree in physical medicine and rehabilitation physician
· Three years’ desirable in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians
Competencies:
· Remote Management Tools and Techniques
· Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint
Languages:
· Intermediate written and spoken in Arabic
· Intermediate written and spoken in Turkish
